Here are some ideas for a Country themed Wedding. I got married at Lone Pine Ranch, just outside of Vernon, BC in July 2009, it was the best day ever - from 30+ weather to the craziest rain, thunder, and lightening storm.Lone Pine Ranch is just a few min down the dirt road from Predator Ridge, a beautiful golf resort where we and all our guests stayed for the wedding weekend. It's also where Bob proposed, so it was amazing to come back for our wedding.
We chose Lone Pine Ranch just outside of Vernon, BC because we really wanted to have a big barn dance at our wedding, and this ranch offers a great barn for banquets and weddings.
I got this aisle runner from Michaels but it never made it to the ceremony because the wind was too strong, along with the flowers and arbor.
These were the bridesmaids dresses, they are so cute and fit the country theme so well. I ordered them online from Victoria's Secret and we had them hemmed to just above the knee.
I love these boots, i got a pair as well but decided to go with my brown boots instead. We lucked out and found exactly 5 pairs all in the sizes we needed, they were meant to be! And on sale from Sterling Shoes.
The groom and groomsmen's hats, jackets, shirts, and boots were from Sheplers and the jeans from Bootlegger.
The bow ties were from Lammles Western Wear.
I love my dress, it was so much fun to wear, although it got pretty dirty from being on the ranch. I got it from Bliss Bridal here in Kelowna, its a Maggie Sottero Style Bridal Gown En Vogue S810. My friend and fabulous hair stylist Christina, she did an amazing job with my hair. It survived the rain storm during the ceremony.
And the cuties that melt my heart. And their super cute John Deere cowboy boots from Lammle's.
